Description
Startect is a powerful, short-acting, broad-spectrum oral drench designed to control resistant worms in livestock. It contains two active ingredients, Derquantel and Abamectin, which work together through different modes of action to kill resistant worm strains. Startect is effective against BZ, LEV, ML, and CLOS multi-resistant worms, as well as Monepantel-resistant Barber’s Pole worm and Black Scour worm. It has a short 28-day ESI and 14-day meat withholding period, and has shown over 99.3% efficacy across more than 200 Australian field trials.
